About Finance & IT
You will join the Group function “Finance & IT”, which leads NCC´s strategic development and major change programs in the business. Finance & IT is NCC’s development and delivery function for IT as well as operations development and research & innovation. We are a Nordic organization working together closely under one common management. Cooperation in- and between units is key for us to deliver value to NCCs business areas, and therefore we have adapted an Agile team-based setup with a focus on collaboration, people and efficient delivery and development.
The role and key responsibilities
You will be working within the area of Site Setup, On-site Support, 2nd line support
Be the face of I&T and our way of working towards the business.
Provide efficient coordination of service deliveries onsite and remote.
Contribute to support groups in specified services or systems and in different projects.
Coordinate together with Network & Voice team establishment of new offices or construction sites in your geographic area, including planning, order network (WAN/LAN), Printers, Office solutions contact with suppliers, Installation and configuration.
Full time life cycle of sites and offices together with Network & Voice team.
Maintain site information (CIs) in ServiceNow system.
Provide on-site support to the business in IT matters according to specified service processes. Contribute to support groups in specified services or systems.
Coordinate service deliveries on the local site and act as super-user for specified services/components.
Provide construction-site and local office support in the specified area.
Provide advice and best practice to local business regarding specified services/components.
Provide site-level and/or group level support.
Provide on-site support in the specified geographic area for Workplace, Network, Office solution, Telephony and End user services.
Act as 2nd line support for specified services (Incidents and request)
Your experience and background
We believe that you have High school education and at least 3 years' experience from IT work within the technical and support area and have an education within relevant area. Preferable have participated in one or more similar assignments like this. You need to be able to lead responsibility for limited tasks and can work mainly independent.

Can speak both Finnish and English
Additional information
This position is located at the NCC office in Helsinki, Finland. This position will require some travelling to NCC Constructions sites outside Helsinki area. You therefore will need a driving license and preferably a car.
In accordance with NCCs safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates. You will be reporting to the IT Competence Manager whilst working within IT Support, driven by the Team Lead of that area.
